Stage One - complete

There are 23 lots in Stage One, which is completed and sold out.

 

With all lots now titled, most new owners have settled and are starting to build their new homes.

Stage Two - sold out

There are 19 lots in Stage Two, ranging from 1000m2 to 1443m2.

Following the success of Stage One, this second stage sold out quickly, and there is already strong interest in future stages.

Master Plan

Sunshine Estate is a master planned community. Land will be released for sale in five stages, with the first two stages sold out. View the Master Plan to see details of the entire planned estate.
